No-Bake Chocolate Protein Balls

1/2 Cup smooth almond butter

2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil , melted

1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup or honey

1 Scoop of NewZ Chocolate Whey Protein

1 Tbsp water of unsweetened nut milk

Dash of salt

Toppings of choice (extra cacao powder, shredded coconut, chopped nuts)

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together well, minus any toppings. Put mix in fridge to set for about 1 hour.

Line a tray with parchment paper. Take the mix out of the fridge, then use a spoon and scoop to form small round balls.

Roll balls in any desired toppings and place them on the lined tray and put in fridge to chill for 30 minutes, until firm.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
