Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal

  • 1 scoop Grass-Fed Whey Protein powder of choice (Original, Vanilla, or Chocolate)

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice, or as needed

Optional:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, or to taste

  • 2 tablespoons raisins, or to taste

Instructions

Add milk in a saucepan bringing it to medium heat. Once hot, combine oatmeal and protein powder. Stir until all mixed. Add toppings once warm. Stir before serving.
